Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), message content, and sender IP address (for spam prevention, stored in session for 10 minutes only).

- Spam and abuse prevention via IP control and mathematical CAPTCHA.
- With express consent: sending commercial communications about our services.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Data subject consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for commercial communications.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for fraud and spam prevention.
5. Data retention
Data will be retained for the time necessary to handle your request and in accordance with applicable legal periods. IP addresses for anti-spam control are removed from session after 10 minutes.
6. Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or hosting providers under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
7. International transfers
No transfers outside the European Economic Area are made.
8. Your rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing contact@nuvolink.es with a copy of your ID. You may lodge a complaint with the AEPD at www.aepd.es.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Art. 32 GDPR: HTTPS, CSRF protection, honeypot and IP rate limiting.
